Resumo:

My research is focussed on porous media flows and turbulent boundary layer flows, with particular interest in the physical processes responsible for transport of mass and momentum across the interface between these two types of flows. It aims to bridge the gap between fundamental fluid mechanics and engineering applications which include protection of coastal beaches and natural streams, geological storage of CO2, and groundwater protection and utilisation.
